Stored Chemical Inventory Tool

The Stored Chemical Inventory Tool enables the creation of an inventory of stored chemical products and the quantities stored. Relevant hazard and Dangerous Goods information is automatically added to the register from Farm Minder's extensive database of products, which contains detailed information about most commonly used agricultural and veterinary chemicals.

In the unlikely event that a product is not in the Farm Minder database, the necessary information can be manually added.

Treatment Recording Tool

Farm Minder's Treatment Recording Tool facilitates the recording and record maintenance of crop and livestock treatments with chemicals. The Treatment Recording Tool records all information that is required to be maintained to comply with the applicable laws and industry requirements.

Farm Planning  

Farm Minder's Calendar of Farm Operations enables rapid development of farm operation plans. It is capable of covering all aspects of farm operations and has the ability to analyse productivity and profitability.

Mapping Tool

The Farm Minder mapping module maps treated areas on a satellite map and links the map to the appropriate treatment records. It also facilitates the mapping of the locations of chemical storage areas and can electronically provide such maps to emergency services, in the case of an emergency.

Problem Solver Tool

This module enables in-depth searches to be conducted for suitable solutions to controlling specific pests and diseases in Australian crop protection and animal health situations. It also offers a large number of support documents, as well as tracking of historical changes to labels and MSDS. The module uses the Pest Genie database as a backbone, but includes information and searches not available on Pest Genie.

Label and MSDS Library

Farm Minder's library enables the viewing, downloading, e-mailing and printing of labels and MSDS for all products
 stored in your storage areas, as well as all other chemical products in the Farm Minder database. The database is updated every month with up to 2000 new MSDS and labels.

Notification of Label and MSDS Changes

Farm Minder's notification service provides a monthly e-mail of all changes to labels and MSDS in the database. The
 service automatically reports any changes to any information on products already listed in your product register. However, users can also choose to receive a list of all changes or to receive changes to the labels and MSDS for products that treat crops and livestock of interest to them.

Reporting

The system enables easy creation of comprehensive reports of user data, with the ability to generate compliance documentation.

Multiple Farm & Storage Area Management

Some subscription options allow the management of multiple storage areas and/or farms from a single Farm Minder account. This feature makes the application suitable for farm managers, consultants, agronomists or any other individuals or organisations managing a number of locations from a single point.
